Nigerians crücïfying Naira Marley should just shùt ūp. Is this not same Naira Marley whom you all loved with all your heart? Is this not the same person whom you all trends his ïdiøtic and meaningl€ss songs ? Why are you people pretending not to know the type of person he is before now? He is a hero and a role model to many of you.

His songs trends more than other songs from any other artists in Nigeria. Both young and old has at least two or three of his songs his/her phone. Most of his songs are banned by the government authorities from being played on radio stations and most of his music videos are banned from been played on national TV , but yet his songs causes commotions among the populace.

At a certain time in Nigeria, even secondary school girls were videoed where they were being initiated into Marlian Movement. We saw them smoking hemps and doing dreadlocks to resemble their role model, Naira Marley. We all clapped and admired them.

About 7.4million people follows him on Instagram. Are those people ghost? How many followers does Oyedepo or Adeboye has on Instagram? We have people like Patoranky, Dax  and Timaya  that drops meaningful music but they can't boast of being followed by half of the people following Naira Marley on Instagram.

The world trends evil things more than the good. They easily emulate the footsteps of the morally bankrupt people. Tell me any song from Naira Marley with a very meaningful lyrics. All his songs talks about, alcöhol, smoking, sêx, gãngsterism and immoral things. No one cared to criticize him and his lifestyles then . So why are you now getting infuriated ? Why are you unfollowing him ? If you love a gāngster, you must also love the fruits a gângster bears. You can't hailed and admired Naira Marley for been a gängster but then criticizes him when he do what the gāngsters does.

We have many upcoming musicians with ambitions songs that can change the world but you, I mean you and your friends can never stream or trend such songs the way you trends us€lêss songs from people like Naira Marley. The songs that condemns the evil you do, you don't play them. But the ones that glorifies the flesh, vanities and immoral lifestyles are the songs you love to stream.

Until we begin to shun songs with meaningless lyrics and begin too embrace songs that can inspire and spur us into doing good things, people like Naira Marley will continue to be a hero to millions of Nigerian youths.
