Owerri, Imo State – The Chairman of the Imo Roads Maintenance Agency (IROMA), Hon. Barr. Kingsley Ononuju (Ekwedashike), has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Member representing Mbaitoli Local Government Area in the Imo State House of Assembly, Hon. Engr.
