The leadership of Ward 4 of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bonny LGA in Rivers State has suspended Fubara Dagogo, on grounds of gross misconduct, anti-party activities, and other related offenses.
The Ward Chairman of Ward 4, Bonny APC, Richard Ibani, who presented the resolution of the Ward Excos in its Exco meeting dated March 16th, 2026, stated: "Notice of his suspension has been communicated to the Bonny LGA APC Exco as the Ward members copied Rivers APC Exco in the communique.
"Resolution and Communiqué Issued on the 16th of March, 2026, For the Suspension of Mr. Fubara Dagogo From The APC Ward Four New Layout, Bonny Local Government, Rivers State.
"Breach of the Constitution of the All Progressives Congress.
"Anti-Party Activities and Conduct, which is likely to embarrass and bring the Party to hatred and ridicule.
"Flaunting the rules of the APC and disobedience to lawful directives of the party, making unguided statements, demeaning leaders of the party both in the State and outside the state.
These offences are in contravention of Article 21.2 (I), (II), and (VII) of the All Progressives Congress Constitution of 2022 (as amended).
